Core Structure & Protective Performance
The mask adopts a three-layer composite structure design, consisting of an inner moisture-absorbing non-woven fabric, a middle melt-blown fabric, and an outer water-resistant non-woven fabric—strictly following the structural and material requirements specified in GB 19083-2010 National Standard for Surgical Masks and EN 14683:2019 (a key European standard for medical face masks).
Inner Layer (Moisture-Absorbing Non-Woven Fabric): Quickly absorbs moisture exhaled by the wearer, keeping the face dry and comfortable during long-term wear.
Middle Layer (Melt-Blown Fabric): As the core filtration layer, it is made through a special process with high-efficiency filtration capabilities. The filtration efficiency for non-oily particles is ≥95%, which can effectively block harmful substances such as droplets, dust, and bacteria—meeting the bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) and particle filtration efficiency (PFE) requirements of both GB 19083-2010 and EN 14683:2019.
Outer Layer (Water-Resistant Non-Woven Fabric): Resists external liquid splashes, reducing the risk of liquid penetration and building a comprehensive protective barrier for the wearer.
Brand & Compliance Assurance
We cooperate with well-known domestic medical device enterprises such as Winner Medical and Zhende Medical for production. These cooperative brands have complete production qualifications for medical masks, standardized production workshops, and strict quality control systems that comply with ISO 13485:2016 (Medical Devices - Quality Management Systems - Requirements for Regulatory Purposes).
Each batch of masks is clearly marked with the medical device product registration certificate number, production license number, and the implementation standard number of GB 19083-2010. The compliance information of the products can be queried through the official website of the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), ensuring that the products meet the legal production and sales requirements for surgical masks and preventing substandard products from entering the market.
Diversified Supply & Packaging Services
Medical Institution Exclusive Services
To meet the emergency needs of medical institutions for masks, we provide 24-hour emergency shipment services. This ensures that during epidemic prevention and control, public health emergencies, or surges in daily diagnosis and treatment needs, we can quickly respond to supply demands, guarantee sufficient protective materials for medical institutions, and support the smooth development of medical work.
Enterprise Customization Services
We support LOGO customization services for corporate clients. Corporate logos can be printed on compliant positions such as mask outer packaging or mask ear loops. This not only meets the protection needs of corporate employees but also enhances the corporate brand image. During the customization process, we strictly follow relevant production standards to ensure that the protective performance and usage safety of the masks are not affected—consistent with the customization quality requirements of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems).
Personal Consumption Packaging
For individual consumers, we launch two packaging specifications:
50-Piece Family Pack: Suitable for long-term family stockpiling, meeting the daily protection needs of the whole family.
10-Piece Portable Pack: Compact in size, easy to carry, suitable for outdoor scenarios such as commuting, business trips, and shopping.
Both packaging types adopt a sealed design, which can effectively prevent masks from getting damp or contaminated and extend the valid service life of the products—complying with GB/T 191-2008 (Packaging - Pictorial Marking for Handling of Goods) for medical product packaging protection.
Shelf Life & Storage Requirements
The product has a shelf life of 2 years. When stored in compliance with the following conditions—stored in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight, high temperature, and humid environments, and kept away from corrosive substances—the protective performance and usage safety can be guaranteed to meet standards within the shelf life.
If the packaging is damaged, the mask is deformed, or there is an unusual odor during storage, the mask should be stopped using immediately to avoid the protective effect being affected by product deterioration. This storage guidance also references ISO 18811:2017 (Packaging - Guidance on the selection of packaging materials and systems for medical devices) to ensure the stability of the product during storage.
