Steam Coal​

Mainly used in scenarios such as power generation in power plants and heating in industrial boilers, with key indicators strictly following the requirements of GB/T 7562-2018 Quality of Coal for Power Generation and international standards like ISO 1170:2016 (for calorific value determination) and ISO 11722:2013 (Solid mineral fuels - Determination of ash content).​

Calorific Value: ≥5500 kcal/kg, which meets the high-efficiency energy conversion needs of power generation equipment and reduces coal consumption.​

Ash Content: ≤15%, which can reduce boiler ash accumulation and equipment wear, lowering subsequent ash cleaning and maintenance costs.​

Sulfur Content: ≤1%, which effectively controls the emission of harmful gases such as sulfur dioxide during combustion, complies with environmental protection requirements, and helps enterprises achieve green production in line with ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems).​

Coking Coal​

As a core raw material for iron and steel smelting, it is used in coke making, with indicators complying with the specifications of GB/T 1996-2020 Technical Specifications for Coal Used in Metallurgical Coke Making and ASTM D1928-15 (Standard Test Method for Determination of Plastic Properties of Coal by the Gieseler Plastometer).​

Caking Index: ≥80, which provides excellent caking properties. During the coking process, it can bond other coal types into high-strength coke, ensuring that the coke can withstand high temperatures and pressure in blast furnace smelting, avoiding breakage that affects ironmaking efficiency, and providing stable raw material support for steel production.​

Cooperative Supply & Production Capacity Guarantee​

We have established long-term cooperative relationships with high-quality coal mines in major domestic coal-producing areas such as Shanxi and Shaanxi. These cooperative coal mines have legal mining qualifications and standardized production systems, and their coal mining and washing processes comply with national safety production and environmental protection regulations, as well as ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems).​

The monthly supply volume is stably ≥100,000 tons. We can flexibly adjust the supply volume according to the production plans of customers such as power plants and steel mills, and support long-term contract supply to ensure that enterprises’ production is not affected by raw material shortages.​

Each batch of coal is accompanied by a quality inspection report issued by an authoritative third-party testing institution. The testing items cover key indicators such as calorific value, ash content, sulfur content (for steam coal), caking index, and volatile matter (for coking coal). The testing standards and methods strictly follow relevant national regulations and international testing norms like ISO 17025:2017 (General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories), allowing customers to intuitively understand coal quality through the inspection report and eliminating substandard coal from entering the production process.​

Transportation & Storage Services​

Transportation​

We adopt a "railway + highway" combined transportation mode. Railway transportation relies on the complete coal transportation lines in Shanxi and Shaanxi regions, which has the advantages of large transportation volume and low cost, making it suitable for long-distance and large-batch transportation. Highway transportation is responsible for the "last-mile" delivery, which can directly reach the customer’s factory area, flexibly adapting to the unloading site and time requirements of different factory areas, reducing intermediate transshipment links, and lowering coal loss and transportation cycles. This transportation layout complies with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems) for supply chain efficiency requirements.​

Storage​

We provide professional storage suggestions for customers. According to coal characteristics (e.g., steam coal needs moisture prevention, coking coal needs breakage prevention), we recommend suitable storage sites (such as closed coal bunkers, rain shelters) and stacking methods. At the same time, we remind customers to regularly check the temperature and humidity of coal to avoid spontaneous combustion and deterioration, helping customers reduce quality loss and safety risks during storage. The storage guidance also references ASTM D4934-18 (Standard Guide for Sampling and Testing Coal in Storage Piles).​

Quality & Service Guarantee​

We have established a coal quality traceability system. Each batch of coal is marked with information such as origin, mining time, and transportation batch. If customers find quality problems during use, the source can be quickly traced and handled in a timely manner. Meanwhile, we regularly communicate with customers about coal usage feedback, and according to the adaptation needs of customers’ production equipment, we coordinate with coal mines to adjust coal washing processes and optimize coal type indicators, improving the matching degree between coal and production equipment.​

We have a dedicated customer service team to provide full follow-up services for customers. From order confirmation, transportation scheduling to arrival inspection, a dedicated person is assigned to connect the whole process, and customer needs and questions (such as transportation progress inquiry, inspection report interpretation) are responded to in a timely manner, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all links in the supply chain and enhancing the customer cooperation experience.
